This three-day scientific conference, focused on data assimilation for biomedical problems, aims to strengthen synergies between the involved scientific communities. The event will emphasize the theoretical aspects of data assimilation while addressing specific challenges associated with biomedical data, such as noise, heterogeneity, limited quantity, or measurement bias. Special attention will be given to confronting models with data from real-world applications, within an interdisciplinary framework. One of the main objectives is to encourage the participation of young researchers and to foster the emergence of common themes at the interface between mathematics, biology, and health.
